| In order to solve the housing problems of low-income urban population,the country launched the affordable housing policy.The affordable housing construction area and landscape environment by economic factors,the protection of the living environment more unsatisfactory housing.To be in the economic cost constraints to create more practical and beautiful living environment has become the main objective the study in this paper.This paper takes Luoyang Dongfanghong·Huijing Cheng as a research object,and takes the development of affordable housing landscape as the research background.Through literature analysis,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign literatures of affordable housing landscape design and summarizes the study Inside and outside the affordable housing landscape design mature practices and ideas.Through the field investigation method,the present situation and the surrounding environment of Dongfanghong · Huijing Cheng district were investigated,and the advantages and disadvantages of the project design and the problems to be solved were analyzed.Combined with theoretical research and field research results,from the overall design,scenic spots design,special design of three levels of Luoyang Dongfanghong·Huijing Cheng affordable housing landscape design.This paper starts from the aspects of people-oriented and economic practicality,and follows the principle of "people-oriented",low-cost principle,function as the core principle,harmonization principle,"neighborhood small garden,central ecological park" as the theme,Axis,one heart "of the landscape architecture.In the premise of limited funds under the planning and design of a pleasant scale,space diversity of public space and residential green space,from the overall planning and details of the design reflects the theoretical principles of affordable housing landscape design,the theory applied to practice,and strive to build "Full-featured,affordable,smooth traffic,convenient livable" new residential communities. |
