The main shaft bearing of aero engine is an important rotating support in aero engine,its performance directly affects the life and reliability of the engine.In order to provide scientific experimental data for the design and application of aero engine main shaft bearing,it is necessary to simulate the actual working condition and working environment of the bearing.Therefore,the research and development of the test system for the main shaft bearing of a certain type of aero engine is carried out in this paper,it has important practical significance for promoting the research of aero bearing and improving the experimental technology of bearing.The performance of an aero engine main shaft bearing test requirements,developed a control system with data acquisition,storage and processing of aero engine main shaft bearing as one of the dual drive test system,the specific content of:(1)This paper analyzes the working condition of aero engine main shaft bearing,bearing control parameters aircraft engine double drive test rig were determined.According to the functional requirements of the test rig,the hydraulic loading system,the oil air lubrication system,the high and low temperature lubrication system and the measurement and control system are designed.The overall implementation scheme of the test rig control system is developed.(2)According to the overall scheme of the control system of the test rig,the parameters of the calculation variables are analyzed and the control elements are selected.According to the characteristics of the control components,working methods and wiring requirements to draw the construction site wiring diagram.At the same time,the key link of the control system is simulated and tested.(3)According to the control system design of the test rig,the planning control flow.Based on the SIEMENS PLC using TIA Portal software,S7-400 control program written,and through the host computer to achieve on-site control and temperature,load,speed,pressure and other important control parameters monitoring.Using C# software to complete the vibration and noise detection system program,and through the industrial computer to achieve on-site monitoring,complete the software development of the control system of the test rig,and carry on the scene debugging.The control system of this thesis aircraft engine bearing double drive test rig,cansatisfy the test requirements of aero engine spindle bearing,at the same time,it can be widely used in aero engine spindle bearing performance test.Through the successful completion of the commissioning of the test bench,a large number of test data were collected,and also provided reliable technical support for the development of bearing test technology.
