With the vigorous development of China's construction industry, the market using a lot of structural materials, and concrete is undoubtedly the most important one, from the offshore oil platform to high-rise buildings, its wide range of applications. Therefore, how to ensure the safety performance of concrete structures, how low cost and low damage in the case of testing the building,it is clear that the comprehensive testing of concrete strength has become we need to explore and deal with new issues. However, the current method of testing concrete quality control is difficult to popularize because of its own limitations. In this paper, the application of impact echo method in the non-destructive testing of concrete is studied.Based on the experimental study and the theory of non-destructive testing of concrete, the main work is as follows:1.By reviewing, researching and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad, the research status of shock echo method is introduced firstly, and the basic principle of shock echo method is discussed from the basic theory of wave.2.Introduce the instrumentation and analysis method used in the test by elaborating the basic principle of the shock echo method.3.The influence of concrete age on the compressive strength and impact wave velocity of concrete is studied systematically by themethod of impact echo and concrete compressive strength of concrete grad C20?C25?C30?C40?C50?C60 Wave velocity and the compressive strength of concrete.According to the principle of least squares method, the fitting curve of five functions is established, and the corresponding correlation coefficient and regression equation are obtained. The formula is based on the correlation Selection, and in practical engineering has been applied.4.In the engineering practice, the drilling method is widely used.According to the field test results of the shock echo method and the drilling method,it is found that the two results are consistent.5.The theory of impact echo detection and experimental results of a comprehensive summary of engineering practice to provide a reliable research direction.
