Suspension system plays a key role in connecting the axle and the body of the vehicle,for which could not only have a directly influence on both handling stability and ride comfort performance of vehicle in multiply condition driving,but also can be well improving the road friendliness.The vehicle with nonlinear suspension system may have good ride comfort,hanging stability,driving safety and small dynamic wheel rode,because of the nonlinear suspension can exhibit lower rigidity when the load capacity is small,while the vehicle is in medium load or full load state,the stiffness is large.In this article,we take the tractor as the lifting bridge as the target vehicle,among which the middle bridge is the air suspension with the lifting axle.To save fuel and reduce the wear of types and save oil,the vehicle which are equipped with lifting axle,when vehicle is running in the empty loaded and light loaded,lifting axle is float and off ground;when it is running in the full loaded and overloaded,put down the lifting axle to make equitable distribution of load,which can raise vehicle bearing capacity efficiently and ensure vehicle,road and bridge's safety.Based ABAQUS software to study the cord parameters was sensitive factor to vertical stiffness of air spring,meanwhile,the guiding mechanism and lifting mechanism was optimized and analysis.Based ADAMS/View software to study the influence on vertical stiffness of air suspension for the ride comfortable performance.The main contents are as follows:First of all,based on the characteristics for the tractor with lifting axle,we could analysis the structure of the lifting axle.And then,based CITIA software to create the CAD model of the vehicle which is similar to the target vehicle in the geometrical parameters,quality parameters and performance parameters.And then,in the protocol a new modal has been constructed by ABAQUS which is powerful in non-linearity to simulate certain air springs.which was used in tractor to focus on nonlinear mechanical properties of material,geometry and contact of air springs.Its feasibility was tested by bench tests,based on which effects of various cord angle,cord layer,cord spacing and cord cross sectional on vertical stiffness with orthogonal experiment.It was concluded that cord parameters was sensitive factor to vertical stiffness of air spring.While cord angle has the most significant influence on vertical stiffness,following was cord layer and cord spacing,cord cross –sectional affects the least.In addition to that,based on the characteristics of the advanced lifting mechanism both at home and abroad,a lifting tower air suspension device with simple structure and capable of realizing the basic guiding function is designed.The ABAQUS software is used to improve the guiding mechanism and the lifting arm of the lifting air suspension system optimization and analysis.What's more,the finite element analysis of the vertical static stiffness of the steel leaf spring is simplified by ABAQUS software.The modal neutral file MNF is generated by ANASY and used as the flexible body part of ADAMS software,And lay the foundation for the vehicle modeling in the case of ride comfort analysis.The accuracy of the simulation results is verified by the material test prototype.Last but not least,through the analysis of the vehicle ride comfort analysis model through ADAMS,the influence of the stiffness characteristics of the air suspension and the steel plate spring suspension on the ride comfort of the vehicle is analyzed.The results show that the vertical acceleration generated by the cab in the air suspension system is less than that of the bridge when the bridge is a spring suspension of the steel plate when the 6 × 2 belt lift bridge is traveling at 50 km / h.In the medium load or full load conditions,the vehicle at a lower speed operation,the tractor with the air suspension system on the vehicle ride comfort and road-friendly can be achieved collaborative optimization.
