The high-speed development of the hypersonic boost-glide(HBG)aircraft means much to the world safety.This paper draws attention to the tracking problem of the HBG aircraft in the space-based optical surveillance system.The main contributions of this dissertation are demonstrated as follows:In chapter 1,the background of the research is analyzed firstly,then the current research situation of the HBG aircraft and the motorized target in the space-based optical surveillance system are introduced.In chapter 2,a design of mid-course trajectory for the hypersonic boost-glide aircraft is proposed,which also analyzes the trajectory characteristic through simulation.Firstly the concept of hypersonic boost-glide aircraft and the essential trajectory is introduced,and the weakness of traditional trajectory design is discussed.Secondly considering the real time and accurate air power and the gravity of the earth,a design of mid-course trajectory which is based on the motor dominate program and the engine transient ignition is presented.And ignition times,ignition height and the size of the thrust are analyzed for the trajectory simulation when the motor dominate program is invariant.Finally,the analysis of simulation results shows the feasibility of the method,the advantages of overall design and the performance superiority in raising the range and improving the penetration ability.In chapter 3,a motion model for the hypersonic boost-glide aircraft was proposed,which also analyzed the precision of model through simulation.Firstly the trajectory of the HBG aircraft is analyzed,and a scheme which divides the trajectory into two parts then builds the motion model on each part.Secondly a restrained model of boosting stage and a restrained model of J2 perturbation are established,and set up the observe model.Finally the analysis of simulation results show the feasible and high-accuracy of the model.In chapter 4,An analysis scheme for the observability of the HBG aircraft in the space-based platform,analysing the space geometric visibility and the optical visibility.This paper uses IMM-UPF algorithm under the space-based optical surveillance system for tracking the HBG aircraft,verifying the validity of the IMM-UPF algorithm under two satellites and pointing out the feasibility of the IMM-UKF algorithm at the same time.This essay also puts forward a kind of the HBG aircraft maneuvering detection scheme based on the IMM algorithm model switching probability,the model probability switching time is the maneuvering time.The chapter 5 summarizes the full paper and raises research direction for further study.
