In the expansion cycle scramjet,cracking fuel from regenerative cooling passage was leaded to drive the turbine,and the pump was drived by turbine to rise the head of liquid fueleul(kerosene).At last,the cracking fuel was leaded to combustion chamber and burns with air.This kind of scheme synthesised the system cycle technology,thermal protection technology and combustion organization technology,and also,.And this scheme solved the problems of combustion chamber's performance,thermal protection and fuel head promoting.It has the advantage of simple constructionconfiguration,light quality,small volume and high power usage ratio.The power capacity and efficiency of supercritical/cracking keroseneare the main factor that affeact the performance of scramjet.We took This thesis mainly focuses on research on the design and optimizaiton of turbo-pump using based onsupercritical/cracking kerosene.Firstly,we carried out turbo-pump system design aimed at expansion cycle system of scramjet.Mathmatical model of turbo-pump wasbuilt according to it's working condition.Calculation method of turbo-pump parameters was given in this model.And then,we set builtup the concrete design schemes of turbo-pump at two kind of rotation speed(25000rpm/min and 100000rpm/min).Secondly,simulation of turb ine and pump was carried outwith multiregion grid and 3d RANS model.,With parameters like total pressure of pump inlet and outlet,torque of impeller and mass flowrate of the turbine,we get performance parameters like efficiency and shaft power through calc ulations.The results of simulation prove that the design scheme of turbo-pump is practical.At last,we used design of configuration parameter of turbo-pump,grid automation,automatic numerical simulation and DOE method to take conductresearch on configuration optimizaiton of turbo-pump,parameter sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization on matching property of turbo-pump.The results showed that the rotation speed of centrifugal pump is postive to the angels of impeller inlet and outlet,the diameter of impeller outlet affeacts the head and effciency of pump the most.As the diameter of impeller outlet increases,head of pump rises while efficiency of pump goes down.Width of turbine nozzle outlet and average diameter of turbine blades showed strong effect on performance of turbine.Work of design and simulation and optimization on scramjet's turbo-pump provides laid the fundation of further study on working condition of expansion cycle scramjet.
