With the development of modern hydraulic technology,precise control becomes the key point of hydraulic technology.The load port independent control technology breaks the restriction of the coupling control between the actuator and the outlet.Based on the operating characteristics of slewing hydraulic system,research and analysis of the dynamic load port independent direction valve response is established based on the control strategy of load portindependent technology of slewing hydraulic system based on the final analysis of the control effect.In this paper,the existing problems of the rotary system are analyzed.Slewing system as the largest inertial load subsystem,are slowly starting and braking stability is poor problem in the process of rotation,and a lot of literature at home and abroad on smismo technology,found the control concept and system of the rotary control technology of special process control agreement.The application of the load port independent control technology to the hydraulic system of the excavator is determined.Secondly,in the course of the excavator rotary remote control,the motion law of the rotary platform is summarized,and the rotational inertia of the rotary platform is deduced by using the D-H coordinate system.The open center hydraulic system of excavator,describes the establishment of hydraulic components of valve controlled rotary motor block diagram and dynamic characteristics of mathematics,theoretical analysis of slewing hydraulic system,analysis shows that one of the main reasons of rotary platform to start slow,in the process of slewing braking stability of the difference is: in the past,out of control oil port coupling the relationship between the actuator.Then,according to the load portindependent technology of slewing hydraulic system based on the Simhydraulics simulation model was established,the main element in the system,including the constant power pump,rotary motor,load port independent direction valve.Focuses on the structure and principle of independent export direction load valve,a mathematical model of the valve is established according to its structure and principle,based on the simulation model for dynamic characteristics of the valve are analyzed respectively,change the valve main valve quality,main valve spring stiffness,the main valve effective area,analysis of the influence of different the valve parameters on the dynamic response,finally established the main parameters of the main valve.Finally,according to the load speed and direction is divided into different working modes,on the basis of slewing hydraulic system according to the extended model and impedance control strategy is established which adapts with it,namely the actuator inlet flow is calculated by using feedback control strategy,the calculation of export pressure control strategy.The Matlab/Simhydraulics simulation model was established,and has carried on the simulation analysis,the results show that the load port independent technology of slewing hydraulic system can solve the problem of poor braking stability,slow start to a certain extent based on rotating platform.
