| In the whole railway system of China,the safety of railway operation has always been the most concerned problem.Traction transformer is one of the most important equipments in railway power supply system.People pay more and more attention to the method of using the traction transformer vibration signal acquisition to study the state of the transformer.In this paper,it analyzed the source of vibration of the traction transformer,the process of vibration signal and the principle of vibration.It studied the vibration signal of traction transformer in the case of winding fault and core fault and it also studied the stress process of winding.The hardware circuit of the vibration signal acquisition system for traction transformer is designed.The vibration signal collected on the traction transformer is transmitted to the serial port of the host computer and let the data be shown.The interface of the host computer serial interface was designed by using LabVIEW.The interface displayed the data and waveform of the vibration signal.The vibration signal data was stored in the TXT file.The vibration signal of the traction transformer is analyzed by the data of the serial port,and the FFT algorithm is used to analyze the vibration signal.Then the fault characteristic value of the vibration signal is extracted.By comparing the three cases of the vibrational amplitudes of the same frequencies,it can analyze the state of traction transformer. |
