Hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),as an emerging field of the automotive industry,has the advantages of both traditional and electric vehicles.As one of the vehicle battery hybrid vehicle energy,the battery management system(BMS)is directly related to the vehicle running state.In order to ensure the efficient operation of the battery management system,to maximize the battery life,people always want to be able to get online at any time and place the parameters of the vehicle power battery.The higher cost of Ethernet can realize ultra fast data long-distance transmission,as long as the PC machine is connected to the Internet,to monitor and control the monitoring system can be on the vehicle running state whenever and wherever possible.This paper briefly introduces thecurrent development of the battery management system at home and abroad,explains the necessity and significance of the development of BMS,and the main research object of this paper the working principle and structure of lead-acid batteries are discussed in detail.A comprehensive analysis of the equalization of the battery,including a balanced selection criteria and Strategies of the battery,the battery of lossless equalization scheme is discussed,a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method,put forward the equilibrium strategy effectively,design a lossless equalization scheme based on transformer,and experimental verification.Focusing on the design of a TMS320F2812 Ethernet communication hardware platform based on embedded TCP/IP protocol,and the development of the Ethernet controller in DSP system device driver,the typical application of "client server" communication mode,the parameters signal of battery are transmitted to the Ethernet through the RTL8019 AS controller,upload to a PC at last,to achieve real-time monitoring the state of battery operation on a remote terminal,and maintain the optimal running state of vehicle maximum.Using TMS320F2812 as the core chip,Ethernet controller RTL8019 AS as the link of communication,complete the hardware and software design of the battery network monitoring system,realize the battery current,single battery voltage and battery temperature signal acquisition and data communication,and through the network packet capture tool to capture the signal data of the battery pack,the feasibility of battery state network monitoring system is verified.
