Paper in view of the earth pressure balance shield construction through the sandy pebble formation shows the adaptability of the improved residue in experimental study,through the adoption of bentonite,foam,etc as a modifier,field test and laboratory soil test,it is concluded that concentration of the optimal expansion of bentonite and optimal expansion of time.By comparing the residue in the concentration of foam before and after the improvement of shear strength and slump under different bentonite mud,penetration test and slump before and after improvement,reasonable modifier concentration and injection ratio are obtained.And three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation method is used to contrast analysis of the residue before and after the improvement of the surface subsidence value calculation,and the calculated value of soil after improvement compared with the measured data,the results show that using finite element software of shield machine through the sand gravel stratum three-dimensional simulation is feasible and the calculation results with the experimental data fitting is better,and verify the effect of modified waste residue and reinforcement measures to wear under the influence of the building.Research results to solve the earth pressure balance shield through the sandy pebble stratum soil pressure is difficult to balance,the soil is not normal,cutterhead torque too big and the adaptability problem such as wear too fast has a certain reference value.This study used field experiments,sediment sample analyses,track test results and theoretical research methods,the method of establishing and developing regions of water sandy pebble soil pressure balance shield tunneling sandy pebble formation of adaptive control theory and key technology.Through the comprehensive research of this topic,used in the process of development and rich in chengdu subway construction of shield tunneling construction experience,especially in sandy pebble strata excavation construction technology and experience.
