| With the rapid growth of chinese economy,the traffic capacity of the proposed demands new requirements.To the satisfaction of the vehicle running smoothly and quickly,the high pier and long span continuous rigid frame bridge is built in the valley or river.Due to the high pier and long span continuous rigid frame bridge with large capacity,strong integrity,the characteristics of the reasonable force,the bridge will be more and more in the future.At present,there still exist some problems in the construction of high-pier large-span continuous rigid frame bridge,such as with the increase of pier height how to choose the linear control scheme and construction method of bridge pier right in the sunshine temperature difference under the condition of the bridge hanging basket construction process through the construction monitoring for guiding the construction of reasonable.In this article,the 130 m high-pier and long-span continuous rigid frame bridge of Niulanjiang Bridge is focused on analyzing temperature field of piers to summary safety construction time by using FEM software MIDAS.Through the comparison and selection of the linear control technology scheme,the improvement of the hydraulic climbing form construction technology ensures the verticality of the variable cross section thin-wall hollow piers,combined with the bridge pier construction monitoring,the deformation of the pier body is within the safe and controllable range.Through reasonable monitoring of full bridge construction,the linear monitoring of main bridge is more precise and reliable. |
