With the continuous development of economy and society,People have higher demand for the convenience of transportation.However,the space on the ground and the current traffic situation can not meet the needs of the development of human society,we need to vigorously develop the underground engineering,the development of space.But when the tunnel passes through the fault fracture zone,the tunnel construction is very difficult.This paper took the Qi Ling tunnel through the shallow buried fault zone as the engineering background.Firstly,through consulting a large number of documents,the paper focused on summary of the research background and research status of the tunnel through the shallow buried fault zone.Secondly,the paper introduced the geological environment,engineering geology,geological structure,hydro geology and analyzed the engineering characteristics,key points and technical difficulties.And then through the use of large-scale simulation software ANSYS,the simulation calculation of the Qi Ling tunnel across the shallow fault fracture zone construction process was carried out,it investigated the deformation,stress and plastic zone of the shallow fault section of the tunnel surrounding rock,and change law of a support structure.Finally,according to the excavation of tunnel,this paper proposed the control measure and the construction note of tunnel shallow buried fault fracture zone,combined with the principleto forecast,pre reinforcement,short footage,weak blasting,strong support,closed early,frequent measure,fast response and deformation control,introduced the key construction technology of the Qi Ling tunnel across fault fracture.
