| Transformer bushing is one of the important energy transmissions and distribution equipment in the power grid system,once the failure,will lead to transmission failure.Since 2012,southern power Grid Company of guangzhou bureau of preventive test process found at the BiGui station,HuaJiang and DaTang station a wall bushing dielectric loss ascend obviously.The bushing collapse found that wire rod surface rendering purple,there is foreign impurity between insulating layer with electrodes,and electrode edge sedimentary black material on insulating paper,further research found that the failure of parts have a brown material deposition,at the same time has the metals such as Cu,Al,this is because the transformer oil contains corrosive sulfur corrosion of metal copper,aluminum foil after deposition.However,the electric power equipment failure still happened caused by corrosive sulfur.In recent years,although the corrosive sulfur in the transformer oil paper insulation system formation mechanism has been preliminary consensus,but for the transformer bushing this special structure parts,the factors affecting the morphogenesis of sulfide corrosion and the mechanism of electric power equipment failure is less,and the study for the special structure “oil-paper-copper-aluminum” corrosion impact is relatively small,the factors affecting the morphogenesis of sulfide corrosion and electric power equipment failure mechanism need further research.This paper for transformer bushing aluminum foil alternating with insulation paper winding on copper core for "oil-paper-copper-aluminum" special structure,through the corrosion test,research the bushing corrosion situation under the different factors affecting and its influence on oiled paper insulation;Aluminum foil exist alone and copper aluminum exist at the same time the corrosion condition and its influence on oiled paper insulation.Through the oiled paper insulation characterization of physical and chemical,electrical parameters,preliminary exploration bushing oiled paper insulation failure mechanism caused by corrosion.Expected by experiment and theoretical analysis,on the one hand,depth understanding in transformer bushing corrosion product sulfide formation mechanism and influencing factors;On the other hand,the preliminary exploration from corrosive sulfide in transformer bushing oiled paper insulation failure mechanism,to improve the safe operation of power transmission and transformation equipment and has important academic value and practical significance.This paper main research contents are as follows:?Research the corrosion c mechanism and its effect on the properties of insulating oil about aluminum foil exist alone,at the same time copper and aluminum foil exist.Study the existence of copper and aluminum elements in oil for electrical insulating oil and the influence of the physical and chemical properties,and to explore the corrosion products of aluminum foil in the corrosive sulfur exists under the special structure of “oil-paper-copper-aluminium”;?Research different influence factors(temperature,concentration of corrosion sulfur and electric field intensity)on the influence of the corrosive sulfide generated.By the copper bar,insulating paper samples microstructure,and attached to the corrosion products on the surface of the insulating paper,and the basic physical and chemical and electrical performance parameters for oil sample,it is concluded that factors such as temperature,concentration of corrosion sulfur,electric field can promote the corrosive sulfur in the generated on the surface of the copper wires and the deposit on the surface of the insulating paper.Oil-paper insulating properties are influenced by the corrosive sulfide. |
