Studies show that traditional surgery need manual control all the way,it will cause operation accidents carelessly.if we can control the output of electricity surgical equipment automatically by measuring the state of patients with surgical site,that will greatly reduce the burden of the clinical doctors and the risk of accidents.But so far using the corresponding high frequency welding in biological tissue is still a challenging new subject.The principle of biological tissue Welding technique is the use of heat protein molecules happen to clot.Surgery use the poles welding tongs to undermine the membrane with high frequency high voltage current,decomposing condensed liquid,and then pressing the wound tissue,thus completing the process of "welding".According to the characteristics of demand for high frequency high voltage welding apparatus,In this paper,the design of biological tissue welding required 300 w hardware power supply circuit,power amplifier circuit,receptors detect and central control circuit,and the power control system based on MCU on the related software design.Finally,we can solve a series of problems on hardware and software and realiz ethe function of biological tissue welding apparatus through the system debugging.This project focuses on the development of welding equipment for biological tissues.Based on the core problem of realizing the welding function of biological tissue,the research on the related medical software and hardware development is carried out by the related medical program,and a set of biological tissue welding Platform will be developed.which will lay the foundation for the subsequent application of clinical surgery.The specific content of the study:(1)High-frequency welding device: in order to achieve the precise control of the power applied to the welding of biological tissue,the power of the output high-frequency signal is continuously adjustable,and the welding quality of the welding biological tissue is controlled by controlling the power of the high-frequency welding device.(2)Selection of control method: according to the basic high-frequency welding device welding biological tissue requirements,we design and implement the experiment to optimize the welding device welding performance by fuzzy PID control method,optimize the welding device welding performance.(3)System hardware design: implement hardware system development according to high frequency welding requirement of biological tissue,it include STM32 chip peripherals circuit,amplifier circuit,display circuit,keyboard circuit,and the load control device.(4)System software design: achieve the main control of biological tissue welding system.The software tasks include: initialization tasks,serial data processing tasks,power monitoring and processing tasks,key tasks,serial data transmission tasks,fuzzy PID feedback control tasks and so on.So the software design is the core of the system.
