"Round","down","back" is three major goals in the China’s lunar exploration project by 2020.In recent years,our country astronautics enterprise developed vigorously and technology advances constantly,China will achieve a manned moon landing in the near future.The design and development of lunar rover has become the key problems of manned moon landing project.The performance of Lunar rover‘s steering affects the operating stability of lunar rover in surface environment directly,and has an important influence on the safety of the astronauts.The research of lunar rover steering performance has important significance.And compared with the traditional ways of steering,differential steering possess advantages such as small turning radius,flexible steering and smaller space for the steering mechanism,so the research of differential steering is of great value.This paper analyzes the physical properties and mechanical properties of soil,and soil properties were compared with earth.Wheel under the condition of soil mechanics model is established;Based on the vehicle ground mechanics,in view of the three conditions of differential steering speed and mechanics analysis,and frame geometry is obtained,which is obtained by computing the manned lunar rover on the stress distribution under different working conditions;On the analysis of the force on the basis of finite element simulation software of frame and wheel based on the condition of different intensity and the modal analysis,verifies the rationality of structure design;Soil model based on 3 d modeling software,and using the ADAMS software to simulate different structural parameters of six-wheel lunar rover by steering torque curve contrast,it is concluded that the structural conditions of differential steering.In this paper,theoretical analysis and software simulation to get the lunar rover differential steering geometry and the natural frequencies of the frame,main parameters,such as for six manned lunar rover on the lunar surface environment of the differential steering research and the overall structure of the lunar rover design provides a certain reference. |
