Research On Construction Technology Of Three Lane Tunnel With Small Distance

Highway tunnel entrance section of formation is relatively weak,mostly belongs to the weathered zone,and surrounding rock is weak,usually with soil,especially for small clear distance tunnel.How to in such a bad condition of surrounding rock,the reasonable use of various construction methods,improve work efficiency,the influence of various construction method on surrounding rock,is need to solve all these problems.However,because of the exact geological parameters and load parameters of surrounding rock,etc get difficulty,resulting in quite a long time,the design of tunnel engineering with no sciencal direation.This paper,taking the province the main longitudinal three-wire nanan new to meishan road engineering Wei Ling long small clear distance tunnel as the backing,according to different terrain conditions and different geological formations,and then detected the tunnel construction and field measuring information to analyze and judge,and select a representative cross section,using the mathematics software ABAQUS were used to simulate,using numerical calculation of construction step by step,and the analyzed thesimulation results.The mainwork of this paper as follows:(1)Small clear distance tunnel under two kinds of methods of numerical simulation of the flow pattern mechanics based on the characters of surrounding and other comprehensive analysis and comparison,put forward the reasonable construction method of engineering construction to give support and some reference.(2)Analyzing Wei Ling tunnel grouting reinforcement,including grouting scheme,the determination of slurry mixing proportion,grouting quantity computation,grouting effects evaluation,etc.(3)The Wei Ling tunnel under complicated geological landform conditions of small clear distance tunnel on-site monitoring,monitoring of major projects include:observation of surrounding rock,surface settlement,vault sink hole inside and outside,peripheral convergence,etc.,and will be monitored.(4)According to measured data,analysis the force and the adjacent hole digging around in mutual influence,analyzing the characteristics of the entirnerment structure,the correctness of the judgment of small interval tunnel excavation methodand the rationality of the support system,provide Suggestions and basis for the optimization of supporting system.
