Distributed generation technology has become one of the effective ways to solve the problem of the world energy and environmental pollution,and the existence of a large number of distributed generation devices will reduce the stability and security of the power system.By using the complementary characteristics of distributed generation,micro-grid can be more efficient use of renewable energy sources.Micro-grid capacity optimization configuration is the research through the rational allocation of the capacity of distributed generation and energy storage devices,to achieve the stability of the system,economic,clean operation target.Research in this area is the core of network planning and design,which is of great significance to promote the development of micro grid.This paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the optimal allocation of micro-grid capacity at home and abroad,and establishes the research object of the independent wind/PV/diesel/micro-grid.Firstly,the steady state model of wind power generation system,photovoltaic system,diesel generator and battery is established;Secondly,simulating wind and solar resources by using Weibull distribution and the Bata distribution;Then,the reasonable constraint conditions are put forward from the point of view of the stability of the distributed power supply and the storage battery;Finally,a comprehensive measure of power supply reliability index,system life cycle cost and utilization of renewable energy are put forward,meanwhile multi objective optimal allocation of micro-grid system put into effect using them as objective function.In this paper,a quantum immune clonal algorithm(QICA)is proposed to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization problem of micro-grid.QICA has a strong global convergence,fast convergence speed by using rotation gate mutation operation,difficult to fall into local solution by using the whole interference crossover operation.In order to make better use of QICA,the paper describes the operation of each operator.The test function experiment shows that QICA can find the global optimal solution with high probability and the convergence rate is fast.Verifying the effectiveness of the prediction of wind speed and wind machine model by the simulation,modifying the original photovoltaic array model through data analysis,selecting the reasonable and efficient battery charging mode,through the simulation example to verify the efficiency of the algorithm,and compare the different schemes.
