The energy shortage problem has been becoming more and more highlighted because of the rapid development of global economy,how to develop and use the renewable energy effectively has been becoming the focus of attention of the international community.In the area of adequate wind and solar energy resources,it could be take the advantage of wind and solar energy resources in the region and its complementary coincidence in time to construct the wind/PV power generation system as well as the energy storage system to stabilize power fluctuations can reduce the investment unit of the electric field of utilities,greatly reducing the cost of electricity.This paper expounds the basic principle and mathematical model of the photovoltaic cell,wind power generation deviceand rectifier,and conducts a detailed deduction and analysis from the micro source model structure,establishes the simulation model,analysis the operating characteristics of each DGs.In this paper,the inverter control strategy of Wind/PV/Storage power system were studied and its simulation model was built based on the PSCAD/EMTDC platform.Battery energy storage device uses V/F control strategy,in order to maintain power supply system in the islands of the stability of the voltage and frequency of the runtime.Wind power and photovoltaic power generation units adopt PQ control strategy,in order to get maximum utilization of renewable energy.For the power supply system in the grid and the islands of the running status of two modes and switching process simulation analysis,Verify the feasibility of control strategy,and study the load change or micro power,and the battery energy storage characteristics of battery and ultracapacitor,a hybrid energy storage system based on the two energy storage element is proposed as well as the energy management strategy.According to the life cycle cost(LCC)theory,an optimization model is constructed,which considers the lowest cost of energy storing device as the optimization objective,and considers the battery output power with LPSP of the system as the constraints.An adaptive cuckoo search is proposed and is used to solve the energy storage optimization problem of the Wind-PV-Storage Power Generation.Example analyzsis demonstrates that by using the the energy management strategy and the improved cuckoo search algorithm,the cost of energy storage could be reduced,and proved the correctness of the model with algorithm.
