In recent years,new energy sources power generation has become the focus of the development direction of the country,photovoltaic industry is an important new energy project,how to make rational use of PV capacity has become a hot issue at present.Thus proposed the concept of Hydro-Solar Hybrid.This paper based on the genetic algorithm,through the research on the operation of the Hydro-Solar Hybrid power station,established economic model of HydroSolar Hybrid power station,calculated the optimization of the complementary photovoltaic capacity of Hydro-Solar Hybrid and got the optimal capacity of Hydro-Solar Hybrid power station when in the best return:Firstly,studied operation mode and operation characteristics of Hydro-Solar Hybrid power station,developed cooperation way of controlling Hydropower station and photovoltaic power station as one power plant,combined output power and sent out through the hydropower station’s output line.This method saves cost while making full use of photovoltaic power station.HydroSolar Hybrid will not affect the running state and functions of the hydropower station and grid before.Using the general method of financial evaluation,establish complementary economic model of Hydro-Solar Hybrid power station.Secondly,refer to multiple models of time series prediction,picked out the ARIMA model and set up the forecast model,determined the model parameters Through the sample sequence diagram,ACF diagram and PACF diagram,chose reasonable model to predict the future output of hydropower station.The SPSS software is used to calculate the output of the actual cases,verified the fitting degree and prediction accuracy of the model,the prediction results are effective and practical.Finally,made the process of genetic algorithm and constraint conditions,calculated constraint condition including the power flow of N-1 and Hydro-Solar Hybrid output of power station to determine the upper and lower values of the optimization variables.Then used the MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox to calculate the actual calculation example,the calculation results showed that the proposed model is effective,the genetic algorithm optimization resulted consistent with the actual,provided a reasonable means of planning and construction of photovoltaic power plants for Hydro-Solar Hybrid power station.
