Ship fire accidents and losses were increasing year by year,various types of ship fire,explosion accidents,resulting in a large number of property losses and casualties.As the ship fire accident is a small probability event,simply rely on theexperiencegained from the actual fire accident is limited,the traditional fire fighting training environment and the ship fire training environment vary widely.Domestic fire training system to use the traditional way,the use of real fuel such as oil,firewood to simulate the fire scene,with pollution,poor control and other unfavorable factors.Foreign fire agencies according to the characteristics of fire training,the use of gas as fuel,with the training props and the layout of the scene to simulate the fire scene,but there is nofire training system research carried outfor the ship fire accident.Therefore,it is necessary to build a fire training system that can simulate the real fire environment of the ship.Firstly,this paper takes the oil tank of the ship engine room as the research object,and uses the fire dynamic analysis software FDS to establish the physical model of the oil tank of the ship engine room and studythe ship engine room fire development process.According to the results of FDS simulation,the influence of fire source power,fan flow,cabin volume and fire water on cabin fire is analyzed.The corresponding polynomial mathematical model was established,which provided the theoretical basis for designing fire training system and analyzing the degree of fire hazard.Secondly,the fire safety assessment model of the ship cabin fire was established by using the genetic algorithm to optimize the support vector machine parameter(GA-SVM)theory for the fire safety assessment of the ship,and to build the fire scene with the FDS simulation results as the training samples.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,the support vector machine(SVM)model and the BP neural network model are used to predict the fire temperature of the ship engine.The simulation results show that the GA-SVM model has better generalization ability and forecasting effect.A new method is proposed for the indirect calculation and prediction of ship fire temperature.Then,according to the data of FDS simulation,the polynomial combustion mathematical model and the fire extinguishing mathematical model were established for the ship fire fighting training.Under the ideal condition(a certain amount of fan flow,neglecting fire water loss and other factors),the experimental results indicate that these two models can meet certain conditions of fire training,but there are some limitations.In viewof this,the fire extinguishing efficiency criterion based on the concentration of oxygen in the fire field,the temperature of the brazier,the ambient temperature and the fire source power is put forward,and the fire scene is constructed and the accuracy of the fire extinguishing efficiency standard is verified.Finally,the GA-SVM model is used to establish the fire extinguishing model with different dimension.The simulation results show that the two-dimensional fire extinguishing model can not only shorten the running time of the model,but also can meet the precision requirements of fire training and providethe basis for the fire control system designing.Finally,according to the training system requirements,respectively,the training control system and the overall structure of the monitoring system was designed.The control program of the lower computer is designed by STEP 7-Micro / WIN SMART programming software,mainly including self-test,ignition,burning and fire control.The design of the monitoring software of the host computer is realized by force control,which mainly includes the functions of training monitoring,curve analysis,event recording and system setting.The information interaction between force control and MATLAB is realized by OPC technology,which solves the problem of training model control algorithm.
