The Study On Incremental Launching Construction For The Main Arch Of Sunflower-Arch Bridge

In the construction of bridge,the construction method for the mechanical properties of the bridge is essential.Today,more and more engineers are devoted to find the effective construction method.A good construction method not only can increase the rationality for the structure in mechanical behavior,but also can improve the construction efficiency and reduce construction costs.Based on the background of The Second Fenghuang Bridge in Nansha District of Guangzhou,the article puts up the incremental launching construction for the main arch of the sunflower-arch bridge,using the main arch as the supporting platform for the construction of abutment arch and beam,modeling the bridge in the incremental launching method,analyzing the mechanical behavior of the structure,including the steel guide-ways and the nose-girder,discussing the different types of connection between main arch and steel guide-ways and nose-girder,finding out the most unfavorable construction stage and its corresponding section.The article also analyzes and compares the mechanical behavior of the structure under the two methods of full framing construction and incremental launching construction,which has proved that the incremental launching method is feasible.The article finds the influence of structural parameter by calculation and fully utilizes the material performance of the main arch and the steel guide-ways,optimizing the design parameter of the steel guide-ways and reducing the construction costs,which may also guides the bridge of the same type during construction.At present,there is no relevant research on the method of incremental launching construction for the main arch of sunflower-arch bridge.This method needs to be further studied in the practical engineering,but the method of incremental launching construction for the main arch of sunflower-arch can be used for reference during bridge design and construction in the future.
