Along with the increasingly serious environmental pollution and energy depletion,microalgae as a kind of rich nutrition,easy to get,short growth period of plant,is a hot spot in the present study.The article fully research all aspects of project and related research.Many domestic and international scholars carried on a great deal of empirical research to chemical-looping combustion research.Article introduced the experiment of preparation of the materials used and oxygen carrier processing method,using thermogravimetric analyzer.Fourier transform infrared analyzer,fixed bed reactor,tubular furnace gas chromatograph and other experimental apparatus for the experiment,several kinds of new compound oxygen carrier is analyzed,by gas,weightlessness and infrared methods compared to its performance.First of all,using thermogravimetric-infrared combination analysis of the four kinds of composite oxygen carrier and traditional reaction performance of oxygen carriers,found compound oxygen carriers in addition to weightlessness at low temperatures,at high temperature interval there is another stage of weightlessness.Gas by infrared spectrometer analysis and functional groups,explain the gas emission regularity.And to analyze its impact on the quality by changing the adding oxygen carrier.Finally to calculate the kinetic energy of activation,the analysis of the effect of different oxygen carriers on the reaction activation energy.Results found Fe2O3/ZnO and NiO/ZnO oxygen carrier better.Secondly,through collecting the gas reacting from fixed bed reactor,access to the gas chromatograph to measure its concentration,and through the SEM microscopic characterization.Experiment found that the Fe2O3/ZnO oxygen carrier perform best,H2?CH4 and CO gas production in several oxygen carriers produce the most,and CO2 gas is the least.NiO/ZnO oxygen carrier performance is superior to the traditional Fe2O3 oxygen as the carrier,and Fe2O3/NiO/ZnO is the worst.Within the scope of the study,joining the more quality of oxygen carriers,the greater of gas production rate and calorific value,the higher of the carbon conversion rate.Reacting temperature have great effects on the performance of Fe2O3/ZnO and NiO/ZnO oxygen carrier.Reaction at 900?,various index obviously better than the 800?.800? of reaction is better than 700?.A cyclic reaction discovery,because of methanation reaction,CH4 gas yield increased significantly,while other gas production has a certain degree of decline;Fe2O3/ZnO oxygen carrier gas production have a certain degree of decline.Two kinds of oxygen carriers calorific value and carbon conversion rate is also reduced.Fe2O3/ZnO and NiO/ZnO oxygen carrier's micro surface is more rough,having greater oxygen carrier specific surface area,in reaction to the sample,having a larger contact area,the reaction rate and chemical reactivity can be large.Finally,study the joining of CaO and KCl's how to influence on the gas.Experiment found that both can effectively enhance the quality of the gas,within the scope of the experimental study,the more amount of CaO,the experimental role in promoting the more obvious;and KCl in 6%,the effect is best,Joining the excessive KCl can impact on the response inhibition Inhibition effect in the reaction.Compared to two kinds of modified additives,KCl to promote gas effect is better than the effect of adding CaO.
