Energy crisis and climate changes cause the worldwide attentions. The abundant distribution of Renewable energy sources throughout the globe and has the potential to solve the clean and green energy demands,if it utilizes properly.Advancement in science and technology especially in semiconductor fields has laid a foundation for switch mode power supply.Efficient, safe power supply which can integrate the multiple energy sources can overcome this global issues. This thesis is based on MISO topology which is applicable for both high and low power applications and can interface the multiple energy sources of different characteristics and deliver a single regulated power to Load.Quasi Z source is worked as boost mode converter.A single stage conversion serves both acceptance of variable energy sources and charging the battery source. The main aim of this thesis is to design a new Quasi Z source converter as MISO which is dynamic and capable of working in varieties of load.As the Quasi Z source can overcomes the theoretical and conceptual barriers of DC-DC converter.Depending upon the nature of load and their requirements converter adjust its mode of operations.A technique to reuse regenerative power from motor to recharge the battery sources is also implemented.Several experiment and simulation are done which shows the output ripple voltage is controlled.
