Particulate pollution is also one of the main pollutants in hydraulic oil.The main function of the hydraulic oil tank is the volume change of all operation process and storage fluid in the hydraulic system of the tank.In addition to provide a variety of helping system and other functions of various elements,among which the most important is to ensure the separation of particulate air and hydraulic components in the normal operation of the oil in the sediment particles as one of the pollutants in the hydraulic oil tank that with oil from the pump suction into the hydraulic system.The particle pollution of hydraulic components,resulting in accelerated wear fault jamming and system of hydraulic valve,so it is important to the overall performance of the design life of hydraulic components and hydraulic oil tank sedimentation rate higher particles of the system.In this paper,the fluid flow and the distribution of solid particles are obtained by numerical simulation.The results show that: some loop regions in the tank will form a high turbulence intensity region,which significantly affect the movement of particles.when the particle motion with large particle size is less affected by turbulence,and particle movement with small particle size is susceptible to turbulence.The particles of small size having a good following performance with fluid.Simultaneously the effect of turbulence on particle motion is enhanced with the increase of flow velocity.In addition,through the comparative analysis of the settlement characteristics of particles of different structure in the tank,flow path,stable liquid in the tank is provided with a partition board and a diffuser can extend the oil flow into the tank,increase the residence time of particles,improve the removal rate of solid particles.To provide the basis for the design of new hydraulic oil tank.In addition,by comparing and analyzing the sedimentation characteristics of the particles in different oil tank structures.we can see a baffle and a diffuser in the oil tank can prolong the flow path of the oil,stabilize the state of the liquid flow into the fuel tank,increase the residence time of the particles,and improve the removal rate of the solid particles which providing the basis help for the design of new hydraulic oil tank.The first chapter,through the overview of hydraulic oil tank elaborated that the application of solid-liquid two-phase flow simulation technology in the hydraulic system.An overview of all aspects of the performance improvement of the domestic and foreign research present situation and main problems;the research of this paper is summarized and concluded.This paper also summarizes the research status and main problems existing in various aspects of hydraulic oil tank.Meanwhile,the research of this paper is summarized.The second chapter,the theoretical analysis of the force that acting on the movement of particle in the oil tank.The CFD calculation model of oil tank is established.Using the Euler Lagrange model in CFX to simulate the flow field of liquid-solid two phase in hydraulic tank.The trajectories of particles with different diameters as well as the influence of the flow of the oil on the particle movement were studied.The method of improving particle settling is put forward.The third chapter,combining the results of the second chapter analysis and assumptions that several models of oil tanks with different structures are proposed and established.According to the characteristics and trajectory of particle deposition,changing the structure of the tank and the flow field distribution analysis of the improved structure.At the same time,the distribution of solid particles is simulated,and a new type of hydraulic oil tank with high particle settling rate is designed.The fourth chapter,using the Euler Euler model in CFX software.Calculation the volume fraction of solid particles in hydraulic tank,and analysis of the position of different models in the final particle agglomeration,and the volume fraction of different particles at the outlet of the tank model is calculated,which shows that the settling performance of particles in different structures.Based on theoretical analysis and CFX numerical simulation in this paper.The trajectory of particles with different particle size in fuel tank was analyzed in order to obtain physical mechanism of particle movement in oil tank.As a starting of point which puts forward several improving structure of particle sedimentation.The results of this study have some guiding significance for improving the settling rate of particulate pollutants in the hydraulic oil tank,and provide the basis for the design of the new hydraulic oil tank.
