| At present,central heating system energy consumption in China accounts for about 40%of total building energy consumption,reducing energy consumption in central heating system is the key measure to achieve emission reduction policy in China.There are many problems at China’s current heating system regulation,control equipment is not perfect,energy efficiency and system efficiency is not high.In order to improve the operation level of the heating system,improve the economic benefits and social benefits,not only to improve the efficiency of the central heating system heat,but also we need to ensure the quality of heating under the premise of improving the efficiency of the central heating system research.In the long-term centralized heating system,the actual operation of the data support,through the central heating system,the actual operation of the data analysis can be informed of the characteristics of central heating system.However,the actual operation of the heating system is complicated,and the system operating factors are limited.The time-varying nature of the operating conditions greatly limits the system characteristics obtained in this way,and it is necessary to obtain accurate detection and measurement system to obtain accurate system operation data.Operation and maintenance costs will be significantly improved.Therefore,the method of obtaining the system characteristic by simulating the dynamic simulation model of the central heating system has been widely used in practice.In the process of saving a lot of time and investment,the system characteristic parameters can also be obtained.It is meaningful to guide the actual operation of the heating systemThis paper focuses on the thermal dynamic characteristics of the central heating system and the influence of several different adjustment methods on the operating parameters of the central heating system during the heating and outdoor temperature changes,including the return water temperature,the indoor air temperature and the heat consumption.First of all,based on the principle of mass and energy conservation,this paper uses the heat mass particle system proposed by Kimura to build its corresponding dynamic mathematical model for each part of central heating system,including dynamic model of building dynamic model,dynamic model of heat source,dynamic model of heat exchanger,dynamic model of radiator,dynamic model of pipeline and static mathematical model of mixed water node.Secondly,based on the mathematical model established above,the simulation module library of centralized heating system is established by MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation module of the central heating system will be put into the custom module library,and the simulation blocks of the central heating system in the custom module library can be called at will.It will be convenient for other relevant researchers in the future.Based on the theoretical research and the actual central heating system,the dynamic system is modeled,and the variation of the running parameters under the condition of the outdoor temperature change is analyzed in detail.The thermodynamic conditions of the central heating system are simulated by Matlab/Simulink,and the rationality of the model is verified by comparing the measured data and the simulation results.Thirdly,according to the established central heating system model,the dynamic response of the whole heating system is simulated under the condition of outdoor temperature changed,including the adjustment of the individual structure of the building,the adjustment process of the heat exchanger and the adjustment of the heat source.The simulation results show that the adjustment of the central heating system can achieve different adjustment objectives.Finally,the simulation results show that the water supply temperature,the return water temperature,the indoor air temperature and the heat consumption are changed in the first stage adjustment,the second level adjustment and the third level adjustment condition of the central heating system.The results show that with the three-level adjustment,the indoor air temperature can be controlled within the ideal range and the heat consumption is small.Therefore,if the central heating system use three-level adjustment simulation,not only can control the indoor temperature in the ideal range,and the overall energy consumption significantly reduced of the entire central heating system,at the same time achieving the purpose of energy conservation. |
