The variation of PMSM's parameters,like stator resistance,cross-axis inductance,flux linkage and the moment of inertia,which will have a huge impact on PMSM control system,hence the measurement of these parameters becomes one of vital content in current servo system.This paper applies the parameter identification technology into the servo test system,which can achieve both the basic test function of PMSM servo system and also the parameter identification.The test system based on parameter identification has immeasurable value in industrial,university and other applications.This paper focuses on the motor test system based on parameter identification for the following aspects:Aiming at the complexity and limitation of the traditional servo test system,by combining the parameter identification algorithm and the servo test system,the servo test platform is designed to realize the four-quadrants operation and automation test,based on the virtual instrument technology.For the test function and those parameters that need to be identified of the servo system,the servo test system based on parameter identification is proposed.The simulation models of variable gain Landau algorithm and the FFRLS algorithm are established,the simulation results show that the moment of inertia identification method based on FFRLS algorithm can not obtain the accurate forgetting factor and is not applicable to the situation of moment of inertia with great change.The Landau algorithm with self-tuning gain factor,which can modifies the gain factor on the basis of identification error,has good convergence speed,convergence accuracy and good dynamic response capability.Since the electrical parameter identification of the PMSM based on the MRAS algorithm is hard to realize in practical use because of its hard-designed adaptive law and long debugging time.In this paper,the FFRLS-MRAS method is used to identify the stator resistance,the cross-axis inductance and magnet flux linkage of the PMSM,which can improve the accuracy,speed and dynamic track performance of parameter identification.Aiming at the motor test system based on parameter identification,the experimental platform is built,which can achieve identification of the parameters of PMSM by combining the LabVIEW and Matlab.The results show that the parameter identification realized in motor test system,has better identification accuracy and convergence speed.
