Lithium-ion battery is widely used in electric vehicles and energy storage power stations,its state of health and life in battery application field is the most concerned problem.At present,lithium-ion battery health management still exist cannot be evaluated well for lithium-ion battery state of health and aging state,it also restricted the lithium-ion battery cycle life.To study the lithium-ion battery aging model based on data driven approach,this paper explores the relationship between lithium-ion battery aging model and the battery health characteristics,and quantitative to explore this relationship.And summarize cell aging rule conclusion.The recorded data of the lithium-ion battery cycle life test as a starting point in this paper.Then processing and analysis of these data,extract the health characteristics closely related to battery aging: Capacity loss rate,resistance,constant current and constant voltage capacity ratio and median voltage.This paper introduced the factorial analysis method to analyze the factors which have a significant impact on the battery health characteristic quantity,and exclusion of factors has no significant influence.In order to find the relationship between health and aging model with the temperature,discharge rate and cycle number as the control variables,this paper uses the method of multivariate regression analysis.Obtaining the relation model of lithium ion battery aging and health characteristics including capacity loss rate,resistance,constant current and constant voltage capacity ratio and median voltage.And given the goodness of fit and error analysis of regression in this paper.In addition,the battery capacity loss rate as a "bridge",obtaining the relationship model between capacity loss rate and the resistance,constant current and constant voltage capacity ratio.Further getting aging rule of lithium-ion battery.
