| Super capacitor as a new "green" energy storage components has been widely used in the field of energy storage.Super capacitors stand out in the numerous energy storage elements,because of its higher power,fast charge and long service life,etc.However,when super capacitor used in series,monomer voltage consistency problem restricts its use of real industrial applications,which will also shorten its service life and increase the high failure rate.So the research of super capacitor balance management is of great significance.In this paper,super capacitor voltage equilibrium system was studied,the specific research contents are as follows:In this paper,super capacitor voltage balancing system designed by a consistent strategy and DC /DC dynamic equilibrium structure.Its specific equilibrium process is extracted,the energy storage system as a whole energy through a certain bala nce control strategy,the energy transfer to the voltage is lower than the average of the super capacitor monomer,in order to realize the equi librium between the energy in a super capacitor monomer.In order to improve the work efficiency and reliability of the system,split points on the equilibrium system in-depth study.Its key modules are divided into three parts: DC/DC power converter,modular DC/DC power supplies and balanced controller.First of all,the DC /DC power converter topology design module,voltage into modules need to energy storage system as a whole,for the modular DC/DC power supply controller of power supply and equilibrium,in order to realize the purpose of energy transfer.Able to run large power,high frequency,in order to make the circuit topology structure design in this paper based on the new switch tube Si C MOSFET isolation type phase-shift full bridge converter.Proved by circuit simulation and experimental verification,the design of the structure is rationality.Second,the modular DC /DC power supply circuit for the innovative design.This circuit requires a single super capacitors module voltage can be converted to charging voltage,capacitance charging voltage is lower than the average.In order to reduce the charging circuit loss,improve efficiency,this paper analyzes the traditional active clamp are catastrophe in circuit in different stage of the working state of the switch tube and fly-wheel diode,on this basis to design a new type of synchronous rectifier active clamp are excitation converter.By reducing the output circuit of the fly-wheel diode conduction time,reduces the diode conduction losses,improve the efficiency.Through the simulation and experimental validation of new type circuit,proved the rationality of its function.Then,the equilibrium controller hardware circuit and software program design,in order to realize voltage equilibrium strategies in consistency,super capacitor monomer voltage through gathering,control modular DC /DC power supply turned on or off.In order to reduce the number of super capacitor charge and discharge,increase the service life of the super capacitor,improve the reliability of system,this paper on the basis of tradit ional voltage consistency strategy is improved.And super capacitor energy storage system for the parameter identification procedure design,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of super capacitors monomer state.Finally,set up a 64 energy storage module,each module eight super capacitors monomer composition of energy storage system as experiment platform,the super capacitor voltage balancing system for experiment.Through to the super capacitor voltage balance system of part of energy storage capacitor monomer voltage to the voltage monitoring records,it is concluded that the experimental results it can be seen that after the super capacitor voltage equilibrium system equilibrium of super capacitors monomer voltage reached a good consistency. |
