| Bedroom is one of the most important living space of man.People will take one third of the time in the bedroom everyday,so bad sound environment in bedroom will interfere with people’s daily life,and even damage to people’s mind and body.With the development of the times,people’s requirements for the sound environment have been gradually improved.The purpose of sound environment design is no longer shield noise simply,but to provide the sound environment services more conforming to personalized needs.The main idea of the soundscape is to incorporate all the sound,social factors and cultural factors in the environment into the study,and to introduce the concept of harmony between the visual and the auditory environment in order to achieve the goal of meeting people’s needs for the sound environment in a better way.This paper carries out field research for the bedroom,obtaining and analyzing the subjective evaluation of acoustic environment and soundscape factor data.And according to the analysis results,the multi-class support vector machine model of subjective evaluation of bedroom soundscape is established.Based on the model,this paper seeks the ideal construction method of bedroom soundscape to meet the needs of people,to make up for the insufficient in sound environment research field.Project research results have important value on the future bedroom environment planning,layout,the development of people-oriented design concept.First is to collect information to obtain knowledge and theory,select the survey samples and field test sites,carry out interviews,and design questionnaire of bedroom sound environment elements.The field research is carried out for test sites,including two parts of the questionnaire and the sound signal acquisition.The study date of bedroom soundscape can be obtained through the field research.According to the analysis of the sound signal,the acoustic date like psychoacoustics parameters of bedroom acoustic environment can be obtained.The follow-up study is based on the data obtained from field research.Second is to record the space structure,home furnishings material,sound source location and temperature and humidity of sound collection bedroom,establishing the bedroom sound environment simulation model according to the record by using acoustic software.Then,the reverberation time in each bedroom can be obtained by simulating the sound field calculation.This study will select appropriate sound field calculation formula through comparing the actual measured reverberation time date,carrying out sound field simulation for all surveyed bedrooms,calculating the reverberation time and taking it as one of the bedroom soundscape data.Finally,based on the research samples of soundscape factor data acquired by questionnaire data and the acoustic analysis,the paper will seek the deep relationship of the bedroom sound elements by factor analysis to extract new soundscape factors.Bedroom soundscape elements can be obtained through multivariate statistical analysis;then,based on the research samples of bedroom soundscape element date,the evaluation model of the bedroom soundscape is verified by using the linear regression model,the multi-class support vector machine and the grid search algorithm.This model can be used to predict the user’s acoustic environment according to the soundscape elements,and provide reference for the construction of the ideal sound environment,so that the bedroom sound environment design will be more targeted. |
