| Modern vehicles,especially cars,have become an essential part of people’s lives.The phenomenon is that the number of traffic accidents is increasing year by year,and the accidents caused by the impact of the structure of the vehicle impact on the structural damage or even collapse.The column is an important component of the building,its function is not enough or degradation will have a great impact on the whole building,serious when the whole building collapsed.The impact resistance of structures subjected to accidental impact loads is a problem that must be considered in the design of structural engineers.Fibrous reinforced composite material(CFRP)is a kind of emerging high strength composite material.CFRP has the advantages of light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance.In recent years,CFRP has attracted the attention of domestic and international civil engineering industry and has developed rapidly.Fiber reinforcement technology is the use of modified epoxy resin cementing material will be carbon fiber sheet affixed to the concrete surface,the formation of ring around the beam,so as to achieve structural reinforcement and improve the performance of the purpose.In fact,in many impact events,although the concrete column is subject to certain damage,but still able to meet the load requirements.Therefore,it is very important to study the effect of impact resistance of concrete columns and to further analyze the compressive performance of CFRP reinforced concrete columns after impact.The main research contents of this paper are to study the failure process and failure mechanism of the CFRP ring-shaped reinforcement beam under the action of low-speed impact by the finite element simulation of the low-speed impact of the CFRP ring-The compressive properties of the column.In this paper,the finite element model of CFRP toroidal reinforcement column is established by using finite element finite element dynamic analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA.The energy curve and impact time curve of CFRP RC RC column during the impact process are obtained by simulating the low speed impact of the carbon fiber reinforced column during the explicit dynamic solution.And in the process of implicit solution,the extracted RC column is extracted and analyzed.The results show that the deformation of concrete absorbs most of the impact kinetic energy,and the CFRP ring can effectively reduce the damage degree of RC column.Through the simulation of the failure of the impacted column,two kinds of damage forms of the RC column are found.The results show that the FRP reinforcement can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the RC column when the impact kinetic energy is small. |
