In recent years,with the pace of urbanization,there are more buildings,a dense underground pipelines in urban areas,the complex environmental conditions have a great influence on the design and construction of foundation pit engineering.In the design of foundation pit engineering,the influence of the adjacent building load on the safety and stability of the foundation pit is of vital importance.This paper mainly studies the deformation of foundation pit and the displacement of retaining structure caused by the change of the adjacent load to the foundation pit,and it analyzes the influence of the change of load position on the deformation stability of the foundation pit.Therefore,we can put forward some reasonable design suggestions for foundation pit with additional load.First of all,based on the existing examples of foundation pit engineering,combined with the characteristics of the area,it does the three-dimensional model analysis of the influence of the additional load position's changing to the foundation pit by using Midas GTS numerical simulation software.The model soil condition given in this paper refers to the whole stratum of Xi'an area,and the support structures are cantilever row piles.It analyzes the deformation law,displacement of soil and cantilever pile under the influence of the change of load position.What's more,the construction is divided into three stages,including the initial geo-stress stage,the slope protection pile construction stage and the soil excavation stage.It analyzes the soil deformation and the deformation of the pile in these three stages,and get some conclusions.The analysis results suggest that the force distribution strain of soil did not change with the load position's changing;during the the supporting structure construction stage,the horizontal deformation and displacement of the soil are closely related to load position's change,and the deformation of supporting structure under force is closely allied to the load position's within a certain distance,and they are uncorrelated when the distance exceeds a certain correlation.During the excavation stage,the deformation of the soil and the supporting structure is large in the range of 0.5 times the height of the foundation pit,and the deformation beyond this range gradually decreases with the increase of distance between the load and the foundation pit.At the end of the paper,with the foundation pit engineering of Shui JingCheng in High-tech Zone in Xi`an,comparing the modeling results of Lizheng,calculation results and actual deformation monitoring results of a project in Xi'an city,it analyzes their similarities and differences,and verify the results of the previous analysis.
