Reinforcement corrosion is the primary problem of the bearing performance and structure durability in erosion environment.Reinforced concrete slab is an important part of reinforced concrete structures,because the thickness of concrete cover is smaller,the reinforced steel corrosion occurs more often,the performance of the corroded reinforced concrete slab will be degraded due to reinforcement corrosion.Therefore,this paper mainly researches the flexural properties of corroded reinforced concrete one-way slab,and analysis the load bearing capacity and deformation performance.The research work in this paper mainly involves the following aspects:1.To reveal the corrosion mechanism of reinforced steel in erosion environment,this paper researches the corrosion behavior of reinforcing steel bar in chlorine salt solution and acid solution.Through the analysis of polarization curve and impedance spectra studies the corrosion mechanism of steel bar in the two kinds of solution,and the rebar corrosion rate in the two kinds of solution,this paper compares and analyzes analysis of steel bar in two kinds of solution of polarization curve and impedance spectra,which shows that corrosion rate of steel bar in acidic solution is higher than that in chloride salt solution.2.By analyzing the interface of corroded steel bar and concrete,calculation model of bond strength of steel bar and concrete is obtained,analysis the basic anchorage length of steel bar and reinforced concrete calculation model based on the bond strength degradation model,then assess the failure mode of corrosion plate which is reinforced bond-slip failure or reinforced yield failure,and according to the different failure mode analysis of the corresponding corrosion plate flexural bearing capacity of the theoretical calculation model,and through the comparison between the existing test data validation,after verification,this article proposed bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete one-way slab analysis model results agree well with the test data.3.The bending deformation performance of corroded reinforced concrete one-way slab were analyzed before the concrete cracking and fracture work stage,and obtained the crack deflection and cracking of the bending moment of corrosion one-way slab,to analyze average strain of steel bar sm? by considering the bond-slip corroded reinforced happen,then obtain the short-term stiffness B of corroded reinforced concrete one-way slab with the stiffness calculation formula,which can be determined according to the different force of corroded plate form its deformation,and the model validation with the existing test data,this paper proposed short-term stiffness of corroded reinforced concrete one-way slab calculation model is more reasonable.
