With the shield construction is becoming more and more mature,the shield line from the initial selection for soft soil layer,and gradually developed into the construction suitable for all kinds of strata,from the conventional forward along the open area and the city road,along the ground for development environment is complex,ground building more underground.Subsequently,a variety of shield construction problems also appear,construction difficulties gradually increased,the demand for land and housing subsidence will also increase.Therefore,how to control settlement and ensure the safety of the building above the shield is the key problem in the shield construction technology.A section of Guanhui intercity through the composite geological variable,the formation from top to bottom plain fill,silty clay,silty clay and weathered,strongly weathered and weak weathered gneiss,tunnel under the town of Dalang ridge village,and,at the end of the first lane Dajingtou village,overlying buildings intensive coverage of more than 90%,for the 70 s and 80 s aging shallow foundation houses,difficult construction and high safety risk.Based on the shield construction of a section of the Huicheng section of Dongguan City,this paper summarizes the key techniques for the settlement control of a large number of aged shallow foundation houses under the shield.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of shield machine selection through comprehensive factors of project geological environment,according to the characteristics of wear group composite formation under intensive housing factors,through the active tracking grouting and grouting reinforcement,stratum tunneling parameters of shield machine,through the special geological section,composite formation pressure,mud film shield in the bustling old town ground safety management research,information guidance method by monitoring measurement,control and control of shield tunneling,in order to achieve a safe and stable wear large shallow foundation in the process of aging residential large diameter shield,to provide experience for similar projects in the future.
