With the increasing of environmental pollution and energy shortage in the world,the research of renewable green energy for automobile has been widely concerned.Compared with petrochemical diesel oil,biodiesel has a greatadvantage.in environmental protectionBiodiesel's application and development is influenced by its high viscosity,poor low-temperature fluidity,and low evaporation.This paper mixes biodiesel and gasoline and selects BD100,BD90G10,BD83G17(respectively,the gasoline volume ratio is 10% and 17%).The physicochemical characteristics and combustion and emission characteristics of blended fuels are compared and analyzed through the test of physicochemical properties and engine bench of three fuels.The results show that:(1)Mixing of gasoline can significantly reduce the condensate point,cold filtration point,motion viscosity,distillation process and increase the calorific value of the mixture fuels.(2)With the load increases,the fuel injectedin early and the injection duration increases.Under the same operating conditions,with the increase of the gasoline blending ratio,the injection point hysteresis and the injection duration decreases.(3)In the low load and partial loadconditions The cylinder pressure of BD90G10,BD83G17 are slightly higher than the BD100;in the medium loadconditions,the cylinder pressure of BD100,BD90G10 are slightly lower than the BD100.in the heavy loadconditions,the cylinder pressure of BD90G10,BD83G17 and BD100 have a little difference.(4)The instantaneous heat release rate of BD100,BD90G10,BD83G17 increase with the load.In the low load and partial loadconditions The peak instantaneous exotherm rate of BD90G10,BD83G17 are slightly higher than the BD100;in the medium loadcondition,the peak instantaneous exotherm rate of BD90G10 and BD83G17 is lower than that of BD100.in the heavy loadcondition,the peak exothermic rate of the three fuels have a little difference.(5)In the low load,partial load and medium load conditionsThepeak combustion temperature of BD83G17 is higher,than BD90G10 and BD100.(6)Compared with BD100,BD90G10 and BD83G17 have better fuel economy,less soot emission,but higher NOx emission.BD90G10 and BD83G17 can significantly reduce the emission of particulate matter,the emission regularity of ultrafine particles,and with the increase of gasoline blending ratio,the result is more obvious.
