Steel Box Tied Arch bridge perfectly combines the advantages of steel and box-section,is a non-thrust Beam Arch Composite System Bridge.Its main structure includes steel box arch ribs,hanger rods,stringer(tie rod),beam,bridge lane system,wind braces and substructure.Among them,the steel box arch ribs,hanger rods and tie rod are the main bearing structure.The load on the bridge deck is transmitted to the steel box arch ribs by means of the hanger rods,and the hanger rods play an important role in it,so it is important to test the cable force accurately and optimize it.In this paper,Taking Right branch three-span steel box tied arch bridge of Anhui Province Huai River Bridge as engineering support,the key technical problems in the construction process of the flexible hanger rods of the arch bridge are analyzed and explored.The main contents are as follows:1: Combined with the actual engineering,analyzed the current cable force test methods,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of them.This paper summarized some problems of the frequency methods,and deduced the formula of cable force calculation under different boundary conditions by using the theory of analytic method and energy method respectively.2: Analyzed the factors influencing the precision of flexible cable boom force,and then take the Anhui Province Huai River Bridge as the engineering background identified the parameters such as bending stiffness,boundary condition and length of hanger rods.3: The advantages and disadvantages of the method of cable force optimization are summarized and analyzed.Then Based on the influence matrix,using the method of unknown load factor in Madis C ivil 2015 optimized the cable force of the bridge hanger rods of Anhui Province Huai River Bridge.There are few studies on the cable force optimization of the tie arch bridge at home and abroad.Most of them are referred to cable force optimization theory of cable-stayed bridge.The results of this paper not only provide guidance for the construction monitoring and health monitoring of this bridge,but also have some good significance for the same type of bridge structures.
