Based on the study of the researching the domestic and foreign research status of container ship loading problem,the container yard and ship mixed stowage method was proposed.With the objective of minimizing the total shift of container yard and ship and the total number of container yard cranes reciprocating moved between two bay,an optimization model was established.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the model,Numerical simulation by Matlab.Based on the random set of export container yard,through the transformation from loading sequence,get the container stowage make total shift of container yard and ship and total container yard cranes moved back and forth between two bay more less.Compared with the traditional stowage model,the new model are confirmed of great significance to improve the shift less,improve the efficiency of equipment.The main contents of this paper are introduced as follow:Firstly,introduce the layout of container terminalt,including the definition,main yard handling equipment in container yard,the yard stockpiling,container yard stowage.Introduce the definition and principles of the ship stowage,the ship coordinates method,ship shift,to lay the foundation for the subsequent design of the mixed loading is proposed.Secondly,put forward the assumption and variable design of the whole route stowage,With the objective of minimizing the total shift of container yard and ship and the total container yard cranes moved back and forth between two bay,an optimization model was established.Using genetic algorithm to solve.Thirdly,using genetic algorithm to solveed the new model.Made shift of container yard and ship and the total number of container yard cranes reciprocating moved between two bay as a constraint,used the scanning method to loading;As a stowage plan,design code to meet the ship under the hatch does not produce shift and hatch on the mixed bay to preadjust the ship's safety performance.Finally,the new method is applied to Ningbo Gangji Terminal Company Limited of Ningbo Beilun Harbor.By the real data calculation verified that the method of mixed stowage of ship and container yard is of positive significance in reducing the shift.
