With the development of power electronics technology increasing,high frequency high power supply is deeply applied to the communication,computer,medical,aerospace,marine and Military Industry et al.Fields.In some higher power applications,higher requirements are proposed for the current and the power level of the converter.The modular design of high frequency high power supply system can not only meet the requirements of current and power level,at the same time,and it can improve the flexibility of the system and performance price ratio,which has become a hot point of power supply applications in recent years.In this paper the current sharing problem was studied in the modular design of high frequency high power supply system and an automatic current sharing was proposed based on the analysis of the present control strategy,theoretical analysis and simulation study was performed after that.In this paper,a half bridge DC-DC converter was designed as the fundamental module of the power supply system and the the parameters of the circuit were optimized in order to improve the performance of the system.Then the simulation model was established based on the fundamental module and model analysis was carried out.The simulation model and the calculation results provide the fundamental for the design of parallel power supply system.Based on the analysis of converter module directly parallel uneven flow problem,the model analysis of two converter modules in parallel was analyzed by modeling,the small signal model of the control system was given;The improved maximum current method is used to the system voltage loop,and current loop,respectively.The flow loop parameters were designed in detail;The simulation results show that under the condition of two module parameters with large difference,and the output current is in good balance,and it has good output characteristics performance,meanwhile,it verifies the simulation model.This paper a new type of power supply module in parallel flow method was proposed:duty ratio control was used,and the natural flow was realized between cross rectifier module;The working principle were analyzed in detail,the small signal model of the system was stablished,and the system steady state flow and the dynamic flow are analyzed,respectively;The system voltage compensation was optimized design,which make the voltage loop of the system have a good open loop amplitude frequency characteristics;In the parameter with big differences,on the system under the condition of light load and overload are simulated,respectively,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed flow method.The maximum flow method and the analysis of the natural flow method werecompared,and the results show that both methods can achieve good flow effectively.
