Car as an important modern transportation,in human activities play a very important role. With the improvement of people's living standards in China, the car has spread to every household. However, with the popularity of the automobile, car safety is particularly important.Ministry of Public Security of the relevant data show that China's highway traffic accident that occurred on 46% is due to the tire failures, which just because the tire burst accounted for 70% of accidents.Therefore,real-time tire pressure monitoring system was added in the tire is very important.Tire pressure monitoring system capable of real-time monitoring of temperature inside the tire pressure change,in order to ensure traffic safety. In order to solve some problems, exist in the traditional active TPMS system, based on the micro-vibration,piezoelectric ceramics and other programs were analyzed and compared,we propose a new generation program design and experimental research.Installed on the wheels of the car to an energy conversion device, using electromagnetic induction law through the closing coil to extract the tire turning inertia of energy to generate electricity. The principle of generator power has been explained and analyzed by electromagnetic theory. From the theory we draw a conclusion about main parameters affecting power generation efficiency.According by these parameters, many test studies, and changing the coil winding, the separation between the magnet length and the gap,the electrical generator had been redesigned more advisably.By load experiments, computing power, analysis and comparison of integrated experimental results,a suitable energy storage device had been chosen and the energy harvesting circuits were designed properly. The conclusions can have been gotten through the above experimental results: the passive TPMS device is feasible.
