For the past few years,the study about sensorless control technology of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has received extensive attention and support.Zero speed and low speed operation is a difficult and hot spot of permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control technology.Because of its structural characteristics and wide application,the study about sensorless control technology of Surface Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(SPMSM)is more difficult and urgent.Therefore,based on the high frequency pulsating signal injection method,this paper studies the sensorless technology of SPMSM at zero and low speed.This paper first introduces the development of PMSM and its control technology,and introduces the current PMSM sensorless control technology.Secondly,the mathematical model of PMSM and the basic principle of vector control are analyzed.The control strategy of direct axis current zero is selected.The simulation model of SPMSM vector control with position sensor is built.The simulation results show that the system has good control performance.The principles of magnetic saturated saliency and fluctuating high frequency signal injection are researched.The high frequency current signal is extracted by the enhanced phase locked loop,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters.The simulation model of initial position detection and low speed starting operation is built,and the simulation results verify the correctness and rationality of the proposed scheme.In order to avoid the injection of other signal for discrimination the rotor magnetic pole,second harmonic of the estimation current is used to judge the direction of direct axis,which can effectively improve the the disadvantage of the existing initial position detection method.At the same time,the method can detect whether the motor is out of step when the motor is running.Finally,the control platform of PMSM based on TMS320F2812 is set up,and the hardware circuit and software flow are introduced.An experimental study on a 1.5kW SPMSM is carried out,and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
