The rapid development of digital measurement technology for the aircraft parts assembly provides a wide range of high-precision,high-efficiency measurement methods.In order to solve the problem of positioning optimization of composite integral panel,the paper puts forward the application of digital measurement technology to the positioning of the composite integral panel.With the high precision measurement of the digital system,the high precision 3D data of the panel shape is obtained and registered with the theoretical digital model.According to different regional positioning accuracy requirements,the initial weight is assigned,and the constraints of the different positioning methods of the whole siding are combined to develop the constraint localization algorithm.The constraint location model is established and solved.Finally,the simulation platform of the whole wall was built,and the corresponding control and analysis software was developed to verify the effectiveness of the method.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The forming technology and structural characteristics of the composite integral panel are introduced,and the constraints in the positioning are analyzed.According to the structural characteristics,the positioning is divided into automatic positioning and manual positioning.Finally,aiming at its structural characteristics and positioning requirements,a laser tracker is proposed to locate the composite wall panel.2)By using the region weighted ICP algorithm,the optimal weight distribution of the whole wall of the composite wall in different areas is achieved,and the optimization model of the composite intergral panel without restraint is established.Based on the analysis of the limitations of unconstrained positioning optimization and the constraints of positioning,the model of constrained positioning optimization of composite integral panels was established: automatic positioning and manual positioning model,and the effect of gravity under manual positioning was studied.3)STL triangular meshes are reconstructed by using half data structure,and a nearest point search method based on K-D tree and triangular projection is proposed.The “two-step method” is used to solve the positioning problem of the composite integral panels.Firstly,the unconstrained positioning solution is obtained,if the test result satisfies the positioning requirement,to exit,or the constraints are added to solve the problem.4)The simulation platform is constructed,the control software is designed based on the Matlab GUI graphical interface,and the experimental process is designed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
