Cables,as the nerves of many devices in the aircraft,play a vital role in transmitting and control ling signals,interconnecting components and delivering power.With the development of science and technology and the increase of electrical equipment,the scale of cable becomes lager and larger.There is really an urgent need for a manufacturing method or a wire harness system with high level of digitization and higher efficiency.Presently,cable research in the domain only focuses on cabling design and standardization of data.In the area of cable manufacturing,traditional pre-wiring methods rely on worker's experience and process documentation,which is time-consuming and inefficient.This paper aims to form a solution with independent intellectual property rights through the research of the key technologies in cable manufacturing.To dealing with the wiring digitization of aircraft cable proposed by a research institute,this paper analyzes and studies the requirements and main processes of cable manufacturing.A proposal of human-computer interactive process digitization system is presented,which is based on the scanning technology of two-dimensional code.Considering the actual needs of process information display and online interactive prompt with graphics and text in cable manufacturing,structures of common database and dedicated database tables are designed and software interfaces are developed to realize the standard storage of process data.After designing the information structure of wire label,data format and communication protocol for two-dimensional code,the scanner as the information acquisition device is used for real-time human-computer interaction and process information extraction.With the combination display of graphic and text,the information of main cable manufacturing process(wiring,termination,shielding,etc.)and status state are shown.Taking into account the large number of wires and steps,this paper proposes a program with ability of real-time status tracking to achieve the control of process and manufacturing quality.The program achieves the functions of step information storage,error judgment,progress recovery,integrity check.A renewable interactive multi-screen display program of cable pre-wiring is designed.To the problem of piece errors caused by the multi-screen display,error compensation model is established for piece processing.By the technologies of file interface and graphics redrawing,function of interactive electronic pre-wiring is realized.
