Single-input split-torque transmission is a promissing helicopter transmission.which has a lot of properties such as high reduction,less mass,smaller volume and so on.Therefore,taking the single-input split-torque transmission as the research object,this paper content is mainly consisted of 4 aspects: the calculating method of the shaft stiffness and bearing stiffness,the static load-sharing characteristics analysis,the dynamics load-sharing characteristics analysis,the experimental verification of dynamics load-sharing characteristics.A simple and practical calculating method of the dual gear shaft stiffness is presented and validated by Romax.And the practical calculating method of the bearing stiffness is introduced.A static model is established for the transmission system,and the deformation coordination condition of the system is deduced and the static equation is obtained.Then,the impact of shaft stiffness and bearing stiffness on static load-sharing characteris of system is analyzed,and the the sensitivity analysis of static load-sharing characteris on shaft stiffness and bearing stiffness are also done.A dynamic model with the consideration of the time-varying friction coefficient,the time-varying mesh stiffness is established.The dynamic differential equations of the whole drive system are derived.Then,the impact of shaft stiffness and bearing stiffness on dynamic load-sharing characteris of system is analyzed,and the the sensitivity analysis of dynamic load-sharing characteris on shaft stiffness and bearing stiffness are also done.The experimental research of 2 kinds of shaft stiffness are carried out under several steady-state conditions.The dynamic torque of the dual gear shafts are measured,and the experimental dynamic loading-sharing coeffients are abtained and compared with the theoretical dynamic loading-sharing coefficients.The results show that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and verift the correctness of the dynamic medel and theoretical analysis presented in this paper.
