Helicopter Flight Training Simulator Qualification Test Method Based On System Identification

As a real helicopter flight simulation technology equipment,helicopter flight trainer plays an important role in the development of new aircraft design,training,flight testing.A qualified helicopter trainer must meet the relevant test standards,and certificated by the Civil Aviation Administration.Based on the analysis of CCAR60 test equipment for the identification rules of flight simulation,by summarizing the defects of manual test for testing the handling quality of helicopter trainer,and analysing the superiority of system identification method for evaluating mathematical model accuracy,a method using real helicopter identification model and helicopter training line model to evaluate handling quality of helicopter trainer was studied.First of all,through the research of CCAR60 standards and the proposed evaluation method,the overall program design was conducted,including the feasibility analysis and technical design.Test data is the necessary elements of system identification.To obtain accurate and reliable linear flight dynamics model of helicopter in a certain flight condition,these work was conducted in this paper,including detailed flight test design,data preprocessing,data compatibility test and error parameters estimation based on the extended Kalman filter.Then,in order to get the helicopter training line model and related system identification prior knowledge,a nonlinear flight dynamics model for system simulation and appraisal of helicopter training device was established,which is validated by simulation.The helicopter identification model was regarded as a measure of the accuracy of the model for training in this paper.Therefore,the helicopter system identification method was studied in depth,including non-parameter model identification and parameter model identification.Then,the helicopter identification model was established.Finally,the quality evaluation of helicopter trainer was carried out according to the relevant standards of CCAR60,and the suggestions for improving the trainer according to the theory of parameter accuracy was put forward.Based on MATLAB/GUI,the software of system identification and trainer evaluation was also developed in this paper.
