With the rapid development of modern aircraft,the performance of the aircraft has been greatly improved,more stringent requirements are put on the reliability and the use of the sensor in the control system.The traditional probe-type air data sensing system can not meet the demand of the modern aircraft.The flush air data sensing system(FADS)has higher accuracy,better stealth performance and a wider range of applications compared to the traditional ones.At home and abroad,some works have been done on the FADS system in different aircrafts,but there are few FADS systems for the cone-shaped aircraft.Aiming at the research of aviation FADS system,this paper takes the typical cone-shaped aircraft as the research object,the distribution of pressure hole,the establishment of aerodynamics model,CFD simulation analysis,the estimation method and corrections of the atmospheric data parameters are carried out.Firstly,the 3D reconstruction of the Falcon image is carried out to obtain the precise shape.The model is simplified in CATIA.On this basis,the non-structural discretization is performed in Pointwise,and the boundary conditions are defined according to the environment.Secondly,using the potential flow model and the approximate geometric shape of the aircraft,the aerodynamic model is established,the pressure distribution of the surface is obtained by simulation analysis.The relationship between the atmospheric data parameters and the pressure distribution of the aircraft surface is deduced.According to the characteristics of the object model,select the appropriate pressure hole location,establishing a eight-point pressure hole distribution model.Finally,the unstructured grids obtained from Pointwise are imported into Fluent to solve the pressure field of the aircraft.The surface pressure distribution under different conditions is obtained,and the triples algorithm is used to estimate the atmospheric data parameters which can be corrected by numerical methods.
