At present,the development trend of cycloid hydraulic motor is large torque,high efficiency,small volume and high stability.In order to improve the performance of cycloid hydraulic motor,an optimal design method of cycloid hydraulic motor cycloid pair is proposed based on multi-objective optimization method in this paper.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the basic tooth profile parameters and characteristic of the gear pair meshing,a multi-objective optimization model is established,which is based on the basic tooth profile of the gear as the design variables and the displacement and flow pulsation of the motor as optimizing objective.The optimization results provide a diversity of choice for engineering practice,put forward a new design idea for the optimization design of cycloid gearing motor,make the optimization results more objectivity and reliability,get rid of the traditional design method of personal experience dependence because of the diversity of the results of multi-objective optimization design.To improve the robustness and accuracy of the algorithm for multi-objective optimization problems,the multi-objective genetic algorithm are analyzed.Aiming at its poor robustness and poor approximation for real Pareto solution,the principle of cross matching is put forward based on the individual similarity.It retains the randomicity of the cross matching in original algorithm and it effectively avoids the excellent individuals are eliminated due to random cross matching.At the same time,the adaptive crossover and mutation probability are established by using the individual congestion degree of the population to prevent the algorithm from falling into local optimum.The improved algorithm in this paper is tested by the standard test function of multi-objective algorithm.The test results show that the robustness and approximation for real Pareto solution of this algorithm are improved.Taking the BMZ-D400 of the hydraulic motor as an example for the optimized scheme in this paper,according to the results of the optimal modification,the model machine is processed and tested.The test results show that the performance of the optimized motor is improved after modification.And the rationality and practicality of the optimized scheme are verified.
