Study On The Green Space Design Of Urban Commercial Complex

In recent years, the construction of urban commercial complex gradually become the focus of urban planning in our country, due to the progress of urbanization, the rapid development of city and the shortage of land resources. This sets a variety of functions and formats in the integration of highly intensive It can promote the efficient utilization of land and ease the contradiction between the fast development of city and the tension of land use. It will be the future direction and tendency of urban development.But most of the domestic urban commercial complexes focus on the business value and emphasis on economic benefits. There are very few cases focus on ecological design but mostly limited to the architectural design level. They didn’t pay attention to the construction of green space from the perspective of landscape design. However, the development of the city is brought a series of ecological problems. This is the city and people’s common demand to build more green space to restore and protect the ecological environment. Urban commercial complex as an important part of urban construction, it should undertake the responsibility accordingly, give more green space to city, contribute to the development of the city and provide a comfortable green ecotype of commercial space to people.It’s the purpose of this paper which design combines ecological, environmental protection, conservation,sustainable,easy to post-maintenance, healthy and harmonious urban commercial complex green space, to promote the construction of urban commercial complex to the ecological landscape design direction.This paper discussed and summarized the theoretical basis and practical method of the green space design of urban commercial complex from the perspective of landscape design by the method of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problem. Firstly, expounds the necessity and importance of the green space design of urban commercial complex. Secondly,analysis the green space design of the selection of excellent foreign cases and typical domestic cases of urban commercial complex and concludes the related theoretical basis, design principle and influence factors of the green space design when analysis that how to design the green space of urban commercial complex. Finally, combining with my own viewpoints and theory research results, creatively put forward the design method of the green space of urban commercial complex.It definite its overall design strategy and combines with the related discipline knowledge such as ecology, botany and architecture, puts forward the specific design methods of soft component element of plant and water and hard component element of pavement and landscape sketch in the green space of urban commercial complex, as well as the key space including the roof garden, the atrium and falling square. It puts forward and summarizes the whole green space design methods for the future construction of the urban commercial complex.
