By consulting the related literature at home and abroad as well as the nozzle Technology Handbook,a large hole in the central oil return pressure swirl atomizing nozzle is designed.This type of nozzle can meet the needs of the people of the cooking fire and can use the oil return pipe to sweep the fuel oil retention in swirl chamber and nozzle.It can adjust the fire size and solve the problem of clinkering blockage and meet the demand for miniature vertical stove.CFD method was employed to investigate the spray combustion process of the miniature vertical stove,adopting standard k-e turbulence model,DO radiation model,non-premixed combustion model and the pressure-swirl atomizing nozzle model to simulate the effect of structure parameters and operating parameters of light diesel fuel atomization,combustion and heat transfer processes simulation.The conclusions are as following: the stability of flame shape can be formed when the nozzle diameter is greater than or equal to 0.3mm.In order to meet the energy needs of miniature vertical stove,proper selection of spray angle should be 60 degrees ~70 degrees,and the best nozzle oil pressure should be 0.9MPa~1.1MPa.The flow field in the nozzle was simulated and analyzed by using FLUENT software,studied the influence of different structural parameters on the nozzle of the spray effect.According to the numerical simulation of the combustion of miniature vertical stove in conclusion,the best nozzle structure was determined,and the theoretical data provide an important application for the designing and application of this type nozzle in the miniature vertical stove.
