To research on mono-disperse droplets evaporation with the high temperature convective environment, the most important is the production of mono-disperse droplets. In this study, broken by inertial force, the simple mono-disperse droplets stream generator is designed. With this generator, the characters of droplets are found under different situations of relative height and nozzle diameter. The distance between droplets presents the variation of peak with the change of relative height. The droplet diameter is influenced by the inner diameter of injector, moreover, different relative height does not change the droplet diameter. With the generator, combined with high temperature convective environment, the mono-disperse droplets evaporation is recorded by the high speed camera. The characteristics of evaporation in different conditions are studied by a matching image processing software. The effect of environmental temperature and convection strength on the evaporation is investigated. In addition,a contrastive experimental study on single droplet evaporation under the same conditions is carried out by the suspension method, then comparedFurthermore,in order to make up for the lack of resolution camera, and avoid the interference of high-speed camera related factors in the process of the system operation to droplets images, the images pretreatment algorithm is designed, and monodisperse droplets flow is deprived from background,to avoid the droplet image edge fuzzy region. The XCAP software is utilized to extract the liquid droplet diameter, distance and other related parameters more accurately.
