The motor drive system is one main source of electromagnetic interference(EMI)in electric vehicle electromagnetic compatibility(EMC),because the electromagnetic emission from the system has the characteristics of high-energy wide-bandwidth.The EMI of motor drive system not only affects the electromagnetic compatibility of automotive electrical systems, but also becomes the biggest obstacle for meeting the strict EMC standard.Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.U1304525),this thesis studies the electromagnetic interference of the power cables in the electric automotive motor drive system, and the main research contents are as follows:(1)The electromagnetic interference mechanism of the power cables in the electric automotive motor drive system is analyzed, based on the theory of EMC.(2)The simulation model of the vector control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is built. The simulation model of the random switching frequency(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM)control strategy is built.(3)The technique of Finite Element of vehicle modeling is studied, for the limitation on complicated structure object modeling of simulation software, presents a new method named multi-software method for modeling, and uses this method to establish a certain type of car the whole vehicle finite element model.(4)The radiation model is built based on the vehicle model. The current of the power cables in electric vehicle motor drive system is obtained through simulation measurement as excitation source. The field distribution inside and outside of the vehicle is analyzed.(5)Since the bodyshell is made of good conductor metal, and the bodyshell is regarded as public land, which will generate electricity, this thesis analyzes the mechanism of the bodyshell's current, and then simulates and prediction the current distribution of bodyshell using the EMC simulation software.
