Since the exciting magnetic field of permanent magnet synchronous motor is not adjustable,its application of constant power,wide speed range of the vehicle operational requirements of electric drive technology poses a challenge,which attracted great attention of scholars.Directed to surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor,the motor had to be designed and analyzed the weak magnetic properties.For the problems of the surface-mounted PMSM field-weakening ability to expand speed smaller than others,the study of field-weakening ability on the spm with distributed winding or concentrated windings was presented,the field-weakening properties and motor efficiency were to be influenced when the windings types are different,deduced the minimum direct axis synchronous inductance with three winding types.Used analytical method combined the vector graphics of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the analytical expression of the least direct axis synchronous inductance were derived under different winding types,at this point spm in theory had the greatest constant power speed range and been verified by finite element method.The performance of the motor was analyzed.Studies showed that single-layer concentrated winding of surface-mounted permanent magnet motor has wider speed range than the others.Studied the impact of the field-weakening performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor if used the deep slot structure.Firstly,built the motor magnetic circuit model of deep groove surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous,used the MAXWELL for the initial model.Selected the optimal design and analyzed the case of field-weakening expansion speed of deep groove surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor by the finite element method.Because the deep trench structure is helpful to field-weakening expansion speed,but the efficiency will be reduced,so it was necessary to take into account the field-weakening expansion speed capability and the efficiency to optimize surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor.Taguchi method and Response surface methodology are always to be used to optimize the motor in recent years.Taguchi method was employed to optimize a plurality of parameters.Response surface method was employed to optimize deep groove surface-mountedpermanent magnet synchronous motor,which made the efficiency and the multiples of field-weakening expansion speed as optimization targets,and got the best solution at last.Finite element method verified the validity.Optimization effect is obvious,practical application have better guidance.
